Additional Community Considerations

Parking On The Street: Parking on the street is permitted in our community, please be reminded that our streets are narrow and avoid parking across from other vehicles on the street. Parking on both sides can cause issues with the emergency vehicles and the school buses getting through our community.

Insurance Coverage: The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the common area coverage, the Association also maintains liability and D&O coverage.

Trash Collection: Trash collection is performed by the City of High Point on Wednesday of each week. Trash receptacles should be placed at the front of your home on the morning of collection and removed the same day. Recycling and bulk items are picked up every other week on Wednesday. Check the City of High Point website for more information or to request trash/recycling carts.

Architectural Control: Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association. Please allow 30 days for the approval process.
